Boaz Manor
A previously convicted Canadian ex-hedge-fund manager who, per the SEC and DOJ, secretly ran the $30M Blockchain Terminal ICO under the alias 'Shaun MacDonald' to hide his criminal past. Charged civilly and criminally in 2020.

Bio
Boaz Manor, a Toronto resident who had served about a year in prison over the collapse of the Canadian hedge fund Portus, concealed his identity behind the alias "Shaun MacDonald" (altering his appearance) to run CG Blockchain / BCT and its $30M Blockchain Terminal ICO, while fronting associate Edith Pardo as owner. Status
The SEC charged Manor with antifraud and registration violations in January 2020; the U.S. Attorney (D.N.J.) charged him with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, and securities fraud. [1][2]
