Bio
Brent Carson Kovar, a recidivist securities-law violator, helped operate and market Profit Connect, appearing in videos touting bitcoin-mining cards and the company's "AI supercomputer." The SEC said he received investor funds (including ~$353,000 used to buy a home). [1][2]
Status
The SEC charged Kovar civilly in July 2021; he was later indicted on federal fraud and money-laundering charges in 2025. [1][2]
