Bio
Irina Dilkinska, a Bulgarian national, was OneCoin's head of legal and compliance. Prosecutors said that instead of keeping OneCoin within the law, she helped run day-to-day operations and, after the scheme's collapse, helped launder proceeds — working with U.S. lawyer Mark Scott to move about $110 million to a Cayman Islands entity. Legal outcome
Extradited to the U.S. in March 2023, Dilkinska pleaded guilty in November 2023 to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. On April 3, 2024, she was sentenced to four years in prison and ordered to forfeit $111.4 million. [1][2]
