Bio
Jobadiah "Joby" Sinclair Weeks, of Colorado, was a major promoter of BitClub Network, traveling to recruit investors with false "bitcoin mining earnings" figures. The DOJ said BitClub took at least $722 million from investors (April 2014 – December 2019). [1][2]

Weeks pleaded guilty in November 2020 to conspiracy to offer and sell unregistered securities, and separately to tax evasion for failing to report at least $10 million in income (2015–2018). [1][2]
